GRP Help App is a Collaborative Effort of GRP Chiefs of All States of India.

GRP Help App is a Collaborative Effort of GRP Chiefs of all States of India. It is the official Government Railway Police App to help and empower Passengers of Indian Railways.

With this App, Passengers can ask for Help from Government Railway Police and report complaints. They will get a confirmation SMS from GRP that help will be reaching them at next railway station. They can easily Report a Crime while traveling in trains.

Railway Passengers can notify any suspicious Object or activity, send a picture, audio and video to Railway Police and help preventing crime, accidents and terrorist activities just on click of a button. Let us re-enforce each other to make railway journey safe & secure.

It may form foundation for Crime free nation.

GRP mobile application also provides a direct platform to Indian Railway passengers to communicate with the railway police authority regarding their complaints, inconvenience, suggestions and feedback.

It has enabled RPF and other railway staff to play role of facilitator to help people not having access to GRP Help App. It aims at promoting smooth and direct communication with senior police officers through contact us feature.

This facility allows you to report any incident directly to the government railway police. You can simply click images or record a voice or video and click on ‘Send’ button to report any incident.

This facility ensures quick news, tips and information intended to ensure safe and secure travel.

Your Reports:

It is unique feature to keep you updated about reports sent by you. You may see present status and action taken on your complaint. This feature offers:

a) Responder Summary. b) Send Feedback (You may give feedback and assess quality of service). c) Additional Details may be sent as and when additional information/ facts surfaced or become known to complainant. d) View your own feedback

Feedback on GRP/RPF/Running Train Staff:

This allows you to give proactive feedback for good/ bad observations for ensuring positive re-enforcement through reward and negative re-enforcement through punishment. Please use this effectively for conveying the message that many eyes are watching.
